WHEN DO DOORS OPEN?

Gates to Children’s Mercy Park open at 2 p.m.

The Children’s Mercy Park East Box Office, located on France Family Drive, opens at 10 a.m.

Will call will be available for pick up at the Children’s Mercy Park West Box Office, located on the Sporting Plaza, starting at 11:15 a.m.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO BUZZ BEACH BALL?

Blankets
Binoculars
Small digital cameras. Nothing with a removable lens.
Cell phones
Sunscreen in plastic container. No aerosol cans.
Plastic Bags – The kind you’d get at the grocery store
Drawstring Bags

WHAT SHOULD I LEAVE AT HOME?

Don’t forget to check out the Beach Ball Bag Policy!
Animals (service dogs allowed)
Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
Backpacks (including purses)
Cameras with detachable lenses
Illegal drugs
Laser pointers
Drone or remote-controlled aircraft
Food or beverage
Umbrellas
Selfie Sticks
Weapons of any sort, including pocket knives
Recording devices (audio or visual)
Chairs
Camelbacks
Sleeping bags
Strollers
Any other item deemed unsafe or dangerous by Children’s Mercy Park Management

WHAT KIND OF BAGS CAN I BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL?

These bags are ALLOWED at Buzz Beach Ball and will be thoroughly inspected:
– Cinch sacks or drawstring bags
– Diaper bags
– Small purses that do not exceed 14” x 14” x 6”
These bags are PROHIBITED at Buzz Beach Ball
– Coolers
– Backpacks (yes, even purse backpacks)
– Duffel bags
– Luggage

WHAT IF I NEED TO BRING MEDICAL SUPPLIES?

If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring medical supplies, please contact Olivia Diehl prior to the show at (913) 912-7511 to make arrangements for your medical needs.

Beach Ball will have two first aid stations with emergency personnel on standby the entire event.

ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

If you require an ASL Interpreter, please contact Olivia Diehl at least 2 weeks prior to the show (913) 912-7511.

For all other ADA accommodations please contact Olivia Diehl at (913) 912-7511 to make arrangements.

IS BUZZ BEACH BALL AN ALL-AGES SHOW?

Yes, Buzz Beach Ball is an all ages show. Buzz Beach Ball, like any festival, isn’t the best environment for small/young children and we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child, the child will need a ticket.

CAN YOU LEAVE THE SHOW AND COME BACK LATER?

Only with a new ticket. No re-entry.

WILL CALL

Concert-goers need to have the following with them to pick up will call tickets: ID, confirmation number and credit card used to purchase. If for some reason we can’t find your tickets with your ID, we can use your confirmation number. If your confirmation number isn’t noted correctly, we can look up the purchase with your credit card. Will Call is at the Children’s Mercy Park West Box Office, located on the Sporting Plaza, starting at 11:15 a.m

LOST TICKETS

2-day passes can be reprinted by logging into your Account Manager via SeatGeek at: www.seatgeek.com/sportingkc.Once signed in, click the ‘Tickets’ section of your account, click the ticket group you wish to view or download, then click the ‘Download PDF Ticket’ button. The PDF tickets will be presented into your browser for you to download and print. If you experience any issues please contact SeatGeek at: https://seatgeek.com/contact.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued unless the account is noted.
